Use Roamory with clear expectations.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Roamory mobile application and related features. By downloading, accessing, or using Roamory, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app or purchase a Roamory Plus subscription.

Roamory helps you turn travel photos into collectible stamp-style memories, organize them into a personal wall, and revisit the places you have captured.

Some features are available for free, while expanded access, premium themes, and other Plus benefits require a paid purchase.

You may use Roamory only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity that happens through your copy of the app.

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, titles, locations, and other content you add to Roamory.

You grant Roamory a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate the app's features for you, such as displaying, organizing, and storing your memories within the app experience.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use and upload any content you add to Roamory.

Roamory may offer auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions, as well as one-time lifetime purchases.

Payment is charged through your Apple App Store account at the time of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Lifetime purchases are billed once and do not renew.

If you have already purchased access, you can use the Restore option in the paywall to recover eligible purchases on the same Apple account.

Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management are handled by Apple under App Store policies, not directly by Roamory.

You may not use Roamory to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful content, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

We may limit or suspend access if use of the app creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Roamory, including its interface, branding, design, artwork, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership right in Roamory is transferred to you.

We may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Roamory at any time. Features may vary over time, including Plus benefits and pricing.

We are not required to keep any specific feature, design, or offering available forever.

Roamory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that the app will always be free of bugs or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to Roamory if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal or technical risk.

You may stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device and canceling any active subscription through Apple.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will replace the previous version inside the app or on our website, and the revised effective date will be updated.

Your continued use of Roamory after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
